Die Übernahme des Fahrzeugs war sehr professionell, detaillierte Informationen wurden gegeben.
Das Fahrzeug wurde direkt vor der Filiale übernommen, frisch gereinigt.
Diese Niederlassung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Brook Green Hotel (siehe auch meine Rezension - sehr empfehlenswert).

Pleasant experience with Aman over the counter, helped us a lot with our rental when we had problems with our booking and invoice. Went out of his way to help us resolve the issues - definitely worthy of a 5 star customer service.

Aman at the reception desk was friendly and very fast. Even though we were unfortunately running late and the reservation expired, he took great care to still provide us with an automatic gear car. Can definitely recommend!

To be honest, I wasn't going to post my review here, but the management's inaction regarding the racism at the front desk indicates that the company either doesn't care or is loyal to such discrimination.

A month has passed since I rented a car (29th of October 2024 at 10am), when the girl at the front desk did everything to not give me a car. I use the services of Sixt not for the first time, but this was the first time I encountered a biased attitude towards Ukrainians. The girl misinterpreted the terms on the Gov.uk website, she also demanded a physical bank card, although the email clearly states that electronic cards are also ok.

Other services of the company, as always, are of high quality. Therefore, I would like to continue using the Sixt service, but without the racism at any step of the process.

I just wanted to say how very happy we were with the service and kindness of SIXT car rental Hammersmith office. My daughter rented a car to explore a bit out of London. The process was smooth and seamless. But, Aman, the gentleman who assisted us was wonderful. We had a need after hours and he was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much Aman!!!

Top notch service from Aman right from the start.

I was offered an upgrade, which I really appreciated. Seeing that I was unsure, Aman offered the flexibility — if I didn't like the upgrade, I could easily exchange it for something else during my 2 day weekend rental. When I did decide to take him up on that offer for the exchange, he made the process so pain-free and seamless. He immediately made arrangements and even sent a confirmation email for me to have the reassurance and the necessary documentation in the event of any hiccups at the separate branch. I really appreciated this.

Upon exchange the next day, Aman went the extra mile to give me a call to close the loop (on a Sunday morning no less) to make sure that everything went well even though he had already handed me off to his colleague at a separate branch. Thanks Aman! Absolute legend.

Pickup was relatively easy and the car only had 2,200+ miles on the clock. Not so good we're the dark parking lot at the collection point and the lack of information about the car's various buttons, instrument display and warning chimes and alerts. Overall it was good value for money. I booked the car for one week and am still having the car right now.

Excellent rental, the price was really cheap at £120 for four days and they upgraded me to a 2021 Audi Q2, which had some optional extras. When looking at other companies, their competitors prices were priced around £180 and the car that they gave me would have been around £280. The young lady at reception was very polite, quick and professional. Would recommend them.
