Es gab keine Wartezeiten. Der Servicetechniker war kompetent und sehr freundlich. „Uber“ brachte mich nach Hause und holte mich wieder ab, organisiert von Mercedes. Beim Abholen stand meine Fahrzeug schon bereit. Die Uber Daten wurden an den Service weitergeleitet.

Terrible service. I was driving on the highway in my 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. The car is under warranty, and the battery charge was about 40%. The display showed a battery malfunction error. Without stopping or disengaging the gear, I drove to the service station. I continued to Fort Lauderdale with a battery charge of 10%. It was 3 a.m. on Saturday when I arrived at a charging station and tried to charge the battery. The display indicated that charging was impossible, the power was off, and the car would not go any further. I had to call a tow truck. While waiting, the auxiliary 12V battery died. We brought the car to the Mercedes service at 7 a.m. They explained the situation and told us they would look at the car on Tuesday and call back. They did not have a replacement car available.

On Tuesday, they called back and said that it appeared the problem was with the 12V battery, but they would provide a more accurate answer at 4 p.m. However, nobody called back. On Thursday, they called from the service, but I couldn't answer. I called back several times, but I only reached an answering machine. I couldn't get through to the service either on Friday or Saturday. On Saturday, I saw in the app that the car was charging. I went to the service, where they said that they had changed the 12V battery and that I owed $675. I reminded them that the car is under warranty. They claimed that the 12V battery died due to the main battery being discharged, and that this was not a warranty case.

I explained that the battery error had appeared at 40% charge and that I had followed the instructions to not stop and drive to the service center. When I tried to charge the battery, it did not work. What was my fault in this situation? They told me to come back on Monday, and they would sort it out.

On Monday, they offered a $200 discount. I explained that it was not my fault the battery was broken; how could they perform the work to replace the battery without my consent and agreement on the price? They did not provide a spare car. According to Florida law, I can refuse to pay without my signature. In response, I was told, "We will now install the old battery and take the car." I got tired of arguing and paid the money. This was such a disappointing experience with Mercedes service.

Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale has been the worst place over and over again every time I go there. I have three brand new Mercedes in my family. These people have no consideration for your time or your schedule. It takes them three days to change a tire. It is sad that such a high-end brand has such crappy service when you have a problem. I remember days when you used to feel special going to Mercedes for service. I guess those days are gone now. This place definitely needs new management..

I brought my car in for service (10,000 mile). Not only was the service done well, it was done in a timely manner with no issues whatsoever. My service advisor was incredible. (Tamika). She did all the right things in handling the process. She was great. On top of all this I had a loaner and a car wash. Great experience

My battery was on its way out, so I dropped in without an appointment and was greeted politely and cheerfully by the staff. I was quickly introduced to my service advisor, Lesley, who took excellent care of me, addressed my problem, and kept me advised throughout the process of installing a new battery. It took maybe 1 1/2 hours tops. Their waiting room is very nice and comfortable, with a fancy coffee/hot drink machine, large TV, and cushy chairs. Very happy with the results, and they even washed and vacuumed my car. Thank you!
