I love this place. They really take the time to listen to you, and get you the relief you need for your back pain. I had two injections, and doing physical therapy now. Dr. Johnston is nice and his assistant Terry is the absolute best! Well, frankly, all the the staff are really nice as well. Roberta at the front desk is always sweet as pie. Even the lady that handles the insurance took the time to sit with me and explain how my insurance works, copayments, deductibles, and all that jazz. I couldn't have picked a better doctors office! I am finally pain free, and able to live my life normally again. Thank you guys for everything!!!

Been going to Dr. Johnson's offices since 2008. Had 3 shoulder surgeries since, with the last and biggest one in Nov. 2023. They have a great team from receptionists to actual physicians. Lately its been all Dr. Terry and Dr. Johnson. Since going thru this last surgery which was a devastating injury they both have been superb. They are like the dynamic duo or Batman and Robin. It doesn't even seem like a dr.'s appt when I go. We cut up, laugh, and have good conversation everytime I'm there. They really care about their patients and are very professional with the process. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I can't say what the doctor is like...since I never made it past the front desk. My appointment was for 1:00 PM. I signed in and waited 11 minutes. I was not even acknowledged. Three minutes was a continuation of the front desk person explaining to a young adult woman how to fill out paperwork and discussing what brought her there..apparently a car accident. After an additional 7 minutes of no other patients approaching the front desk, and no other staff, still no acknowledgement of me, I thought perhaps she hadn't seen me.
I stood up and asked "excuse me, do I have some new patient paperwork to fill out?"
Rudely she stated this verbatim " I have three new patients ahead of you and I take them in the order they sign in" I then asked "so not by appointment time?" * working in a healthcare setting myself, we take patients by appointment time, that way if someone shows up early, patients who are on time aren't made to wait. She then stated that they'd "just booked me today" I told her I was unaware I'd been worked in *then it might have made sense*
She said "NO we BOOKED it today."
I asked that she take me off the schedule, that I'd prefer to go elsewhere.
I was easily 20 feet away when she asked in front of EVERYONE, what my problem was. I turned around and stated "you...you're the problem "

Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Johnston for years. Always takes care of our aches and pains?. And he listens to what you have to say about your concerns. Not many doctors do that this day and age.
