My car has broken down a few times, and every time these guys were very helpful with getting it fixed. Kept me updated and were very knowledgeable. Car was fixed within 2 weeks

Like the previous customer post, they are over priced and keep ordering the wrong parts. They once told me to change a head light they needed to take off the bumper, only after ordering the wrong light 3 times! I YouTubed it and that was not the case, just had to take off the wheel and go under. Trash!!! They replace and order wrong parts every time I went to them (3 times). The previous company about 2 years ago is where the good reviews are from. This new ownership/employees are not worth your time and money!!!

I have now had 3 separate experiences with this shop and none have been great.

BLUF: you will pay a significant amount more than anywhere out on the economy.

Experience 1: my beater car's thermostat was stuck open. They quoted me €350. After 2 days they call and tell me they ordered the wrong part, couldn't find the right part and they couldn't help. I found the part online for $50 and did it myself.

Experience 2: made an appointment for an oil change. When I pick up the vehicle they inform me they couldn't order the filter so they sprayed it out with brake cleaner and reused it. They still charged me €155.

Experience 3: beater car rear brake/bearing completely siezed up and I had it towed to this shop. I was leaving for Italy the next day but they said they'd take care of it while I was gone. I recieved a call and they told me it would need €600 in parts and an additional €600 in labor. Bummer, but I agreed. When I picked the vehicle up the parts were well over €1000 with the bill at €1600. I then looked and easily found the same parts for 1/5 the cost online.

Summery: you will be wildly over charged and under serviced. They have a captive audience as the only shop on post. The staff are friendly but always over booked and they have no interest in finding reasonably priced parts for you. Please do yourself a favor and find a shop in town or do your own services. I only give 2 stars since the work they provided solved the issue, but at a steep and misquoted cost.

This place is a joke! I took my car here to see what was wrong with one of my wheels. They said I needed a part, so we ordered the part and made an appointment to have it worked on a week later. The day of the appointment, they called and said they couldn’t do it because they were short handed (which was fine with me.) We set a new appointment for 8:30am and left our car there all day to only find out at the end of the work day that they hadn’t even touch our car! No one bothered to call us to let us know that they couldn’t get to our car today either. When questioned why they wouldn’t reach out to us and let us know, nobody had an answer and was extremely nonchalant. This is the 3rd appointment that they haven’t kept! No apology, no nothing. Don’t waste your time!!!

Charged about $300 USD for removal of front window tints and an oil change and didn't even leave a complimentary sticker for when next change is due :/ , ah sad wallet is sad.... They get two stars only because the front desk clerk isn't rude. BEWARE OF HIGH COST!

Excellent service. The manager exchanged some brake pads that didn’t fit my car even though I had purchased them a while back. They really work to make things right.
