This place is amazing!!!!!! I tried to get a car at Enterprise (didn't know this place existed until today!) and it was a pain in the butt. With Car Rentals RI, Frank was so professional, understanding, and provided all around GREAT service. 150% recommend this company, by far one of the BEST experiences purchasing or paying for anything I've ever had. Forget about the competitors who only care about rates and security deposits, just call these folks instead. Btw Honda Civic is what I rented, and it's in BEAUTIFUL condition. Thank you Frank for making my holiday a bit less stressful!

Awesome service! Great and fair pricing! Quick, helpful and friendly. I needed a car and I needed one today, Frank got me in a car in less than an hour. They say just need license and insurance and they stick by that. I love a place that’s straight forward and sticks to their word. Definitely coming back in the future. 10/10 ?

This is one of the best car rental experiences of my life. I’ve dealt with big rental companies and small and Car Rental RI really work hard to work with their customers. Their service goes above and beyond the call of duty and their attention to detail is exceptional. If you have a problem you can go to them and they will work with you. Lastly their cars are phenomenal they are clean and the ride is so smooth. I would recommend them and only them to any of my family and friends as well as anyone reading this review! The guys here were great. Very friendly and had my car waiting for me with the AC on! They were able to accommodate me with a same day reservation and were very nice about letting me add an extra day at the end of the weekend.
The car was clean and ran just fine.
